bathroom conversion

my bathroom is upstairs and i want to put the bathroom into my utility room down stairs and make old bathroom into a bedroom
but would mean me having to put a new door in the wall from living room into kitchen is there any regs i need to know regarding bathroom downstairs ??
door from kitchen to living room can u change a room in to a bathroom

Hi John,
Moving or installing a toilet/bathroom requires building regs approval so you will have to talk it over with your local authority.
