Re-waterproofing felt roof

Hi

I have a summerhouse with green roofing felt, which is no longer completely waterproof. I want to find a product that will restore it, and retain the appearance. All i can find so far are black or grey in colour and very expensive. I am sure I recall using a material in the distant past that fairly thin and brushed on easily.

Any ideas gratefully received!

Hi Andy C
Is it single layer felt ? If so, I've always found that it becomes brittle as well as leaks after a number of years - I'd suggest replacing it with new.
