A HOUSE WAS CONVERTED INTO TWO FLATS AND ACCEPTED BY THE COUNCIL NOW THE SAME HOUSE WANTS TO REVERT BACK INTO A SINGLE FAMILY UNIT DOES IT NEEDS PLANNING PERMISSION ?

I have done a drawings for a similar job and on my job we needed to get planning consent. I would advise a quick call to your local authority to tell you as although many planning requirements are the same in different areas they all have slight differences in policys.
